These terms govern your use of this website and describe the basis on which we provide services. Where we have signed a separate written agreement with you, that agreement takes precedence if the two conflict.
1. About us
This website, Nexura HRMS (hrms.nexuragt.com) and Nexura ERP (erp.nexuragt.com) are operated by Nexura Global Talent, a partnership firm constituted under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932, with its principal place of business at Office No. 4, Siddhivinayak Complex, Near Sangvi Police Station, Sangavi, Pune 411027, Maharashtra, India.
2. Using this website
By using this website you agree to these terms. You agree not to:
- use the site unlawfully or in breach of these terms
- submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through our forms
- attempt unauthorised access to the site or its systems
- scrape or systematically collect content from the site
- introduce malicious code or interfere with the site's operation
3. Hiring services
We provide permanent recruitment, executive search, bulk and campus hiring, and HR as a Service. The scope, fees, service levels and guarantees for an engagement are set out in the agreement signed with that client.
For candidates
- We never charge candidates a fee. Our fees are paid by employers. If anyone claiming to represent Nexura asks you for money, report it to us immediately.
- We present your profile to an employer only with your consent.
- We do not guarantee placement, interview outcomes or any level of compensation.
For clients
- Fees, payment terms and the replacement guarantee are governed by the signed service agreement.
- We rely on the accuracy of the role information you provide; a materially changed brief may affect timelines.
- Service commitments published on this site become contractual only when included in a signed agreement.
4. Nexura HRMS subscriptions
4.1 The service and your workspace
Nexura HRMS is HR, payroll and compliance software provided as a service. Each customer gets its own workspace at its own web address. The person who creates the workspace is its first administrator and controls who else has access. You must be at least 18 and authorised to bind your organisation. You are responsible for keeping passwords confidential and for all activity in your workspace; tell us immediately at connect@nexuragt.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
4.2 Free trial and free plan
New workspaces get a 15-day free trial of the Professional plan, with no payment details needed. Choose a plan before the trial ends: if no plan is chosen, the workspace is paused until you pick one. Your data stays safe while it is paused. The Starter plan is free for up to 10 employees; choose it in your workspace and our team will activate it.
4.3 Fees, billing and taxes
- Paid plans are charged per employee, monthly or yearly, as shown on our Pricing page.
- We bill on employees on record in your workspace — everyone except those marked resigned or terminated — with a minimum of 25 employees on paid plans.
- Prices exclude GST; GST at the applicable rate (currently 18%) is added and we issue a GST tax invoice for every payment.
- Fees are payable in advance for each billing period. If a payment is overdue, we email you; if it is still unpaid 7 days later, the workspace is paused until it is paid. Your data stays safe while it is paused.
- We give at least 30 days' notice by email before changing prices; changes apply from your next billing period.
4.4 Your data
You own all data you enter into Nexura HRMS. You permit us to store and process it only to provide and support the service. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you are the Data Fiduciary for your employees' personal data and we act as your Data Processor, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to enter that data and for its accuracy.
4.5 Payroll and compliance results
Nexura HRMS calculates salaries, deductions (such as PF, ESI, professional tax and TDS) and statutory reports from the data and settings you provide. You remain responsible for checking results and for your filings and payments to authorities. We are not a tax, legal or payroll-compliance adviser.
4.6 Acceptable use
You must not use Nexura HRMS unlawfully, upload malware, try to access other customers' workspaces, resell or reverse-engineer the service, overload it, or test its security without our written permission. We may suspend access that puts the service or other customers at risk, and will tell you why.
4.7 Availability and support
We aim to keep the service available at all times except planned maintenance, which we schedule outside Indian business hours where possible, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is by email at connect@nexuragt.com.
4.8 Cancellation and termination
You may cancel at any time, as set out in our Refunds & Cancellation policy. We may terminate for serious or repeated breach, or for non-payment after notice. After your access ends you can request an export of your data within 30 days, and we delete your workspace data when you ask us to, except records the law requires us to keep.
5. Website content
Content on this site is general information. We take care to keep it accurate but do not warrant that it is complete or error-free. Nothing on it is legal, financial or professional advice, or a binding offer.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, design, graphics, the Nexura name and logo, and the Nexura HRMS and Nexura ERP software and interfaces — is owned by or licensed to Nexura Global Talent. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but may not reproduce or commercially exploit any part without our written permission. Subscribers get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Nexura HRMS during their subscription.
7. Third-party links
Links to external websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexura Global Talent is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business or data. For Nexura HRMS, our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Liability for services under a signed agreement is limited as set out in that agreement. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Indemnity
You will compensate Nexura for third-party claims arising from data you put into our systems or your breach of these terms.
10. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
11. Changes
We may amend these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. For Nexura HRMS customers, we email administrators at least 15 days before a material change takes effect.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra, have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any dispute resolution agreed in a signed agreement.
