Who we are
Nexura Global Talent (“Nexura”, “we”, “us”) is a partnership firm providing recruitment and human resources services, and the Nexura HRMS and Nexura ERP software, from its office at Sangavi, Pune, Maharashtra. This policy covers our hiring services, our software and this website.
1. Whose data we handle, and our role
| Whose data | Examples | Our role under the DPDP Act |
|---|---|---|
| Candidates | CVs, contact details, compensation, interview feedback | Data Fiduciary |
| Client and customer contacts | Names, work emails, phone numbers, GSTIN, billing records | Data Fiduciary |
| Website visitors | Details entered in our enquiry and demo forms | Data Fiduciary |
| Employees of companies using Nexura HRMS | Attendance, leave, salary, bank, PAN, PF/ESI numbers, documents entered by their employer | Data Processor, acting only on the employer's instructions |
For employee data in Nexura HRMS, the employer decides what is collected and why, and gives employees any notice the law requires. Employees with questions about their own data should first contact their employer; we will help the employer respond.
2. What we collect
From candidates
- Name, contact details and location
- CV contents — education, employment history, skills
- Current and expected compensation, notice period, availability
- Interview feedback and assessment notes
- Where a client requires it and you have consented: identity and qualification documents for verification
From client and customer contacts
- Name, designation, work email, phone number and organisation details
- Correspondence about mandates, subscriptions and agreements; invoices and payment records
- Sign-in activity in Nexura HRMS and Nexura ERP, for security
From website visitors
- Details you enter into an enquiry or demo form — typically name, company, contact details and your requirement
We do not use advertising trackers or third-party profiling tools on this website.
3. Why we process it
We process personal data only for specified, lawful purposes, with your consent or for a legitimate use permitted under the DPDP Act:
- Candidate data — to assess suitability for roles, present you to employers with your consent, and manage the hiring process to joining
- Client and customer data — to deliver services and software, raise GST invoices and maintain the relationship
- Nexura HRMS data — only to provide, secure and support the service for the employer
- Enquiry data — to respond to you and, where relevant, prepare a proposal
- Statutory records — to meet tax, GST and other legal obligations
We never sell personal data. We do not share candidate information for marketing, do not trade CV databases, and do not use Nexura HRMS data for advertising.
4. Sharing your data
Candidate details are shared with a prospective employer only where you have consented to that specific submission. We may also share data with:
- Background verification agencies, where a client requires screening and you have consented
- Our accountants and legal advisers, under confidentiality obligations
- Technology providers that host or process data for us under contract (below)
- Government or regulatory authorities where the law requires
| Provider | What they do | Location |

| Vercel | Nexura HRMS and website hosting | Mumbai, India |
| Resend | Sending service and enquiry emails | Tokyo, Japan (sending region) |

5. Where data is stored and how we protect it
- Nexura HRMS databases and servers run in Mumbai, India; data is encrypted in transit and at rest
- Each customer's workspace is kept separate, and access inside Nexura is limited to people who need it
- Systems are access-controlled, with two-step sign-in available
- Staff and associates are bound by confidentiality obligations
6. How long we keep it
- Active candidates — for the hiring process, and afterwards while your consent to stay on our database stands
- Placed candidates — for the guarantee period and any statutory retention period
- Nexura HRMS customer data — while the subscription is active; after it ends, the customer can request an export within 30 days; we then delete the workspace data on request, except records the law requires us to keep
- Invoices and financial records — 8 years, as Indian tax law requires
- Enquiries that do not proceed — erased once closed, unless you ask us to stay in touch
7. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:
- Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is processed
- Correct, complete or update inaccurate data
- Erase your data where the law does not require us to keep it
- Withdraw consent at any time, for future processing
- Raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if unresolved
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights if you die or become incapacitated
8. Cookies
This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Nexura HRMS uses only essential cookies, to keep you signed in and secure.
9. Personal data breaches
If a breach affects your data, we will inform the Data Protection Board of India and affected individuals or customers as the DPDP Act requires.
10. Children
Our services are for working adults and organisations. We do not knowingly process the data of anyone under 18; if we find we have, we erase it.
