Billing questions
How is the employee count worked out?+
We bill on employees on record in your workspace — everyone except those marked resigned or terminated. Paid plans bill a minimum of 25 employees.
Do I need a card for the trial?+
No. Every new workspace gets 15 days of the Professional plan free. Choose a plan before it ends; if you don't, the workspace is paused until you do, and your data stays safe.
Is GST included?+
No. Prices exclude GST; 18% GST is added and we issue a GST tax invoice for every payment.
How do I pay?+
By bank transfer against our GST invoice; online payment by card, UPI and net banking is coming soon. Yearly plans cost 10 months' price for 12 months.
Can I change or cancel my plan?+
Yes. To change plans, email us — we confirm the new price and the date it starts first. You can cancel from Billing & plan in your workspace; a paid plan then runs to the end of the period you paid for.
